CA Suresh Anchaliya (B.com, FCA, FCS)

CA Suresh Anchaliya is the promoter and Managing Partner of our firm. He founded the firm in 1991 as a Sole proprietorship. From a one person entity in 1991, he has nurtured our firm to one of the leading partnership firms in the Chartered Accountancy profession. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is a renowned taxation expert and has represented several large clients for over two and a half decades before Income Tax authorities up to the highest judicial level in the tax department. Under the leadership of Suresh Anchaliya, our firm has grown to be a full service firm.

He has experience in auditing large Indian organizations and companies operating in India across a cross section of industries including Gems & Jewellery, Manufacturing, information technology, Entertainment and capital goods, to list a few. He has also handled assurance and compliance aspect of public offerings and private placements of shares and other securities. In addition he has led teams on corporate restructuring exercises such as amalgamations, demergers, due diligence and valuations. His well-rounded professional experience including tax advisory has also enabled him to help clients in structuring investments.
